Technical Support Engineer
Africa Solution Distributor is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Technical Support Engineer to support our growing business and sales teams with technical demonstrations, support, training and implementation of global vendor solutions across Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
Target Achievement:
- 5 to 6 years of sales experience
- 5 to 6 years of pre-sales engineer experience
- 3 to 4 years of network admin experience
- 5 to 6 years pre-sales support experience
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric / Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum)
- Experiences and skills required.
- 5+ years in Pre-Sales Technical.
- Excellent solution presentation skills.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Matric/Grade 12 – A+ & N+ – Other Relevant diplomas/certfications.
